Asset Valuation
Assessing the value of a company, real property or any other item of worth, in particular assets that produce cash flows.
Business Valuation
Determining the economic value of a business or company or share, including sale value, establishing partner ownership, and divorce proceedings.
Feasibility Study
An analysis and evaluation of a proposed project to determine if it is technically feasible, is feasible within the estimated cost and will be profitable
Project Monitoring
To ensure that the established guidelines on project monitoring and evaluation for different project components are respected
Property Valuation
Developing an opinion of value for real property (usually market value) and to determine a property’s market value: the most probable price that the property will bring in a competitive and open market
Fairness Opinion
To determine a transaction is fair or unfair required in a corporate action relating to material transaction, affiliated transaction, changes, addition or divestment of core business, term of agreements from loan or other financial instrument (indentures), asset or shares used as collateral.

KJPP ID&R was established in July 10, 2007. KJPP ID&R has been registered as a member of Asean Valuer Association (AVA) in 2008, Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesia (INKINDO) in 2008, and Public Valuer Office Forum (FKJPP/ Forum Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik).
